What does "selcouth" even mean?

Selcouth (adjective): Strange, unusual, rare; unfamiliar; marvelous, wonderous.

I have never heard of a word that describes me or my art better than this one. I happened to see an Instagram post about the word several years ago and it has been my favorite adjective ever since!
